How does the process for transferring gas and electricity suppliers work?
First you will choose the gas and electricity suppliers that offers the best deal using The EnergyHelpline
calculator. You can look up information about all the energy suppliers and gas and electricity tariffs on the results screen and search by price, service rating and green tariffs.
Once you have chosen your new gas and electricity suppliers you simply have to provide The Energy Helpline
with the details that will form the basis of your contract. Your details will be forwarded to your new suppliers who will arrange for your gas and/or electricity to be switched.

will then send you an email to confirm the details of the gas switch or electricity switch and a contact point for your new supplier.
